HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD

2- 14 oz cans fruit cocktail, no added sugar
1- 14 oz can pineapple, no added sugar
1 medium apple cut into small pieces
2- 4 oz cans mandarin oranges, no added sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup marshmallows
2 bananas, cut into bite sized pieces
2 small boxes sugar- free instant vanilla pudding

Mix all ingredients and chill. Makes twenty 1/2-cup servings.

Fiber: 1.7 g
Fat: 2.8 g
